The story of Villa Storia and Smolići village is truly an old Istrian fairy tale, that begins on a narrow forest path, a dead-end street that leads to the small, ancient village. With only seven stone houses lined up one next to another, stand like witnesses of past times - the times hidden behind the walls, cellars and attics, still well preserved from oblivion. All that a rural region can provide is located in one place - here in Smolići - vineyards and olive groves, old stone houses, stone walls of gray stone, pine wood … Further view extends toward the old town of Labin, on the hill and surrounded by green hillsides that overlook the sea. On the other side there is an open sea view to the Kvarner islands of Cres and Losinj.

Storia
Ground floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom, while on the floor there is another bedroom with bathroom and a living room with kitchen and a toilet. The whole top floor is covered in hardwood parquet, giving the whole area of additional warmth and even stronger connection with nature that surrounds the house. Every guest will be pleasantly surprised finding a relax room and sauna, which are also inside the villa. A romantic soul will enjoy almost unreal canopy with dining area, surrounded by curtains that only partially separates this space from the same fairy-tale magic exterior, a garden with a swimming pool, sun deck and a fireplace.
